In the Indian market, Hyundai introduced the new-genre Creta, which sought to reclaim its leading position in the Kia Seltos brand. The Creta continues to be one of the most feature-laden SUV, available in 14 trim choices and three engine and gearbox choices. While the new design can take some time, the new model will start with the powerful Crete brand in India.

Despite a spike in the overall number of coronavirus cases in India, some regions have continued to slightly flatten the curve. Such zones, known as the Orange and Green Zones, are starting to return to normal. Hyundai is one of the first car manufactures to restore vehicle sales and to reopen dealerships under stringent hygiene protocols.
Hyundai introduced an online selling site during the lock-down to book or buy vehicles for a test drive. Since these vehicles will only be physically accessible after the lockout, the Orange and Green Zones have begun to comply with the pending Crete 2020 directives. For cities like Delhi, dealerships can only open after May 17.

The Hyundai Creta 2020 is fitted with three engine options BS6 compliant. The first, a petrol engine of 1.5 litres, produces 115 hp and 250 Nm, with a 6-speed CVT. With a torque converter, the 1.5-liter diesel engine generates the same output at the front wheels. In the front seat, the SUV is equipped with a sunroof, a 10.25 “infotainment screen, the integrated BlueLink automotive platform, a ventilated front seats, automated instrument clusters, paddle shifters and rear disk brakes.
Creta has launched the Kia Seltos, MG Hector, and Tata Harrier horns in March of this year. Pricing Rs 9.99 lakh, the Crete has certainly been very interested in its value for the money side.
