In India, BMW just debuted the BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine Iconic Edition. This is a special version of the sedan that includes some additional amenities above the standard model, and here’s everything you need to know about it.
Exterior
The Gran Limousine is essentially an extended wheelbase version of the ordinary 3 Series sedan, as you may have guessed. The BMW Iconic Glow kidney grille is now the focal point of this unique version. It is included as a standard feature.

A Crystal gearshift knob, ‘Vernasca’ leather upholstery, comfort seats in the front, rear seat headrest cushions, and a panoramic sunroof are among the other notable interior elements. Then there’s three-zone automated climate control, a digital instrument panel, wireless charging, ambient lighting, an automatic tailgate, and even Parking Assist with Reverse Assist on this Iconic Edition. Engine and Gearbox
A 2.0-liter four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine with 255bhp and 400Nm of torque powers the petrol version of this Iconic Edition. The oil-burner, on the other hand, receives a 2.0-liter four-cylinder diesel engine with 188bhp and 400Nm of torque. Both engines have three driving modes: Comfort, ECO PRO, and Sport, and are paired to an eight-speed automatic transmission.
Price
The BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine Iconic Edition starts at Rs 53.5 lakh for the petrol variant and Rs 54.9 lakh for the diesel version, ex-showroom. The debut coincides with the start of the festive season in India, and deliveries are expected to begin soon.
