Auto expo 2020 will cover different concepts like new technology, trends and concepts in upcoming automotive world. Beside some of giants like Mahindra, BMW almost 18 new startups are all set to showcase their vehicles and their electric models in upcoming auto expo 2020.

NEW CAR LAUNCHES:-
Indian AUTO EXPO 2020 to see 90-100 cars unveilings. Some of them are:
1) MAHINDRA
• Second generation Mahindra xuv 500 :
Mahindra biggest feature in the indian auto expo 2020 is going to be its next generation XUV range. Mahindra is going to release its BS6 XUV 500.
• Mahindra Thar :
The indian giant has been testing three new SUV for the last few months. And one of them is mahindra thar 2020 model which will be introduced with BS6 compliant.
• Mahindra Scorpio :
Another brightening model of mahindra that to be launched in indian expo 2020. The same model will be introduced with BS6 compliant, also with some cosmetic and structural changes.
2) MARUTI SUZUKI
The Maruti Suzuki has been the India biggest car maker in the last decade and is expected to launch
• Facelifted Vitara Brezza :
Maruti is likely to launch the petrol variants of vitara brezza in the Indian auto expo 2020. The new brezza is likely to include some new features like LED headlamps and revised upholstery.
• S-cross
Maruti is likely to showcase the BS6-complaint version of S-cross, which will also include automatic transmission option as well.
3) SKODA
Skoda is another big brand in automobile and has recently collaborated with Volkswagen. Skoda is likely to introduce two new SUV in Indian expo 2020. Two of them are:
• Kamiq Based Compact SUV :
The Skoda will make Kamiq based compact SUV in India and it will be based on Volkswagen MQB A0 platform. This car will have only petrol offering meanwhile with the choice of CNG option.
• Karoq
Karoq is a mid size SUV of skoda which will get volkswagen latest 1.5 litre TSI EVO turbocharged petrol engine with no diesel on offer.
5) VOLKSWAGEN
Volkswagen recently said that it will transform itself into SUV brands in india. The upcoming two models of volkswagen are:
• T-ROC
T-ROC is a five seater car and is expected to be offered with 1.5 litre turbo petrol and the car will come with BS6 compliance.
• Tiguan Allspace
Tiguan all space is a seven seater car and will continue to come with 2.0 litre petrol variant but with all new BS6 compliance.
6) RENAULT
The french car maker is likely to launch an upgraded version of its cars.
• Duster
The Renault duster is likely to be offered with features such as connected car tech and an 8 inch touchscreen infotainment system.
• Renault sub-4m
The Renault sub- 4m is going to be an upcoming model of the french car maker in indian auto expo 2020.
ELECTRIC CAR LAUNCHES : INDIAN AUTO EXPO 2020
1 . Maruti Suzuki is all set to launch all electric Wagoner that it has been testing in the country.
2. Tata motors is all set to launch his first electric car Nexon ev and Altroz ev.
3.Morris garages is now launching their full electric car ZS EV.
4. Renault will be launching their K- zero.
5. Mercedes -Benz is premium car manufacturer is expected to bring its stunning EQ range – EQC electric SUV and EQS electric sedan.
6.Hyundai will showcase their premium electric car kona EV. All the giants , are going to showcase their best cars in the Auto EXPO 2020.
7. Mahindra XUV 300 (electric)- The electric version of XUV 300 could be launched by mahindra, it is not confirmed but mahindra has a competition with Nexon EV so to compete with mahindra is likely to launch electric XUV 300.
NEW BIKE LAUNCHES-
In Auto expo 2020 more than a dozen automakers will not be able to take part due to slow down in automobile industry. Honda, Yamaha, TVS, Hero Motocorp will not be at the Indian Motor show this year. But don’t worry, there will be 60 new launches and new technology offerings.
HERE ARE SOME BIKES TO LOOK AT IN AUTO EXPO 2020:
SUZUKI
Japanese motor suzuki is ready to unveil the most powerful version of intruder with 250cc single cylinder motor. Currently the intruder comes with 155cc engine. Suzuki could also unveil the V- storm 1050 which produces 107 hp and 100 nm of torque.
Suzuki may also launch the burgman street e- scooter with more powerful engine. The intruder would be at expected price of 1.8 lakh (ex- showroom).
The Japanese automaker is also expected to launch the SV650 in middleweight lineup. The SV650 has 645 cc V-twin engine and will be costing around Rs 6 lakh ( ex – showroom).
APRILIA
While every automobile industry is the process of upgrading their vehicles to BS 6 emission standards. Aprilia is also expected to launch the lineup of its BS6 emissions vehicles. The Aprilia is will be launching SR125 and SR160. Aprilia is also expected to working 150 cc bikes.
OKINAWA
Another Japanese automaker will be present in Indian auto expo 2020 and is expected to launch OKi100, this bike is an electric bike which has swappable battery pack and a top speed of 100 km/hr.
UPCOMING NEW BRANDS IN INDIAN AUTO EXPO 2020:
1) MG MOTORS
The Chinese motor company is going to enter the Indian market with four new SUV all new eZS all-electric SUV.
2) TESLA
The american electric vehicle giant is all set to make its debut in Indian auto expo 2020.
3) CITROEN
The french car maker has joined with CK birla group to develop vehicles and sell in India.
4) KIA MOTORS
Another South korean brand, the sister of hyundai is all set to make its debut in india.
5) GREAT WALL MOTORS
Another chinese automaker, the chinese largest SUV and pickup manufacture is all set to debut india. the company has hired Kaushik Ganguly from maruti suzuki to lead its indian market.
While the some of the big automakers will be present in show at indian auto expo 2020 some of big automakers will miss it. The Hero motor, honda motorcycles and scooters india, Tvs and yamaha will be absent in the indian auto expo 2020. Other automaker like bajaj auto, harley davidson, triumph motorcycles, eicher motors, jaguar and land rover will also be absent in the big indian auto expo 2020.
Despite the absence of these big companies, there will be interesting launches by other big companies which will make the Indian auto expo more interesting.
