The Hyundai Alcazar lineup has been quietly updated by Hyundai India, as seen by recent updates to the official website. The six-seat petrol basic models were terminated by the automaker last week, with details accessible here.
Hyundai has now added two additional variations to the Alcazar seven-seat layout with an automatic transmission, the Platinum (O) and Signature (O), which are available in both petrol and diesel powertrains. Previously, these models were only available in six-seat versions with a manual transmission. There are no further mechanical or functional upgrades to the Alcazar outside of the new versions.

New versions’ prices
Alcazar’s entry-level Prestige and Prestige (O) six-seater petrol models have been discontinued by Hyundai. They were available with either a manual or automatic transmission. However, the business has now introduced four new 7-seater automatic gearbox models, each with a petrol or diesel engine option. Platinum (O) and Signature (O) trims are available. Specifications of the Engine
The Hyundai Alcazar is powered by a 2.0-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that produces 157 horsepower and 191 Nm of peak torque. A 1.5-litre diesel engine with 113 horsepower and 250 Nm of peak torque also powers the six/seven-seater SUV.
