An American automaker called Harley Davidson has unveiled its 2023 Nightster Special. The regular Nightster already has a starting price of 14.99 lakh in India (ex-showroom). It is yet unknown if the company would introduce its 2023 Nightster Special in India.
Starting off its historic 120th Anniversary year, Harley-Davidson has unveiled its 2023MY year lineup with the resurrection of the Breakout performance cruiser and a new Nightster Special variation.
Along with the new models in its updated range, a limited run of 120th Anniversary special editions will be offered as part of the twelve months of festivities planned to mark the American company’s founding.
The C1002V’s true cruiser design, which would give the Harley-Davidson Nightster nightmares, is what stands out right away. It might even inspire Ducati Diavel supporters to take a closer look. The motorcycle has a relaxed riding triangle, a brawny, blacked-out body, and fat tyres on both ends. Overall, it has a Harley-Davidson Nightrod-like aesthetic.

The newest model in the Nightster line, the Harley-Davidson Nightster Special, is the highlight of Harley-new Davidson’s products.
The edition receives improved specifications, such as a tyre pressure monitoring system, 4-inch TFT display, and Bluetooth connectivity, to bring it closer in specification to the larger Sportster S, even though the Revolution Max 975 engine is used.
The basic version of the bike serves as the foundation for the 2023 Nightster Special. It does, however, undergo some changes. The body panel decals and headlight cowl are brand-new. In order to make the pillion passenger comfortable, there is also a passenger seat and foot pegs.
The bike has alloy wheels made of aluminium that are cast, and it also has a tyre pressure monitoring system. Because handlebar risers were installed, the Nightster Special’s ergonomics have changed because it is now taller and closer to the rider. This should provide the rider with a more dominant stance.
Harley Davidson Features
In terms of features, the Harley Davidson has also added a TFT display that is round in design and measures 4 inches in size to maintain the retro appearance. Additionally, the Bluetooth connectivity on this TFT screen is managed by buttons on the switchgear. Voice commands can also be issued by the rider. The Harley Davidson software, which is accessible on iOS and Android devices, includes a navigation system for the bike as well. When travelling via the program, the TFT screen can also display the directions.
Speaking of stopping power, the front of this bike has a 320 mm rotor and a four-piston calliper that is positioned axially. A floating single-piston calliper and 260 mm rotor are located at the rear of the vehicle. The 11.7-litre fuel tank is located below the seat, which helps to lower the centre of gravity. Notably, It also implies that in order to refill the fuel tank, the rider would have to dismount the bike.
Additionally, riding modes, cruise control, a USB port for charging devices, the Drag-Torque Slip Control System, ABS, and traction control are included with the 2023 Harley-Davidson Nightster Special.
Along with new colour options like Vivid Black, Bright Billiard Blue, Industrial Yellow, and Black Denim, it also has A2 licence compliance, just like the Nightster.
The new Harley-Davidson Breakout, a return to the Milwaukee company’s lineup with a more modern appearance that incorporates Nightster and Sportster characteristics, is also included in the updated lineup.
