Honda Amaze facelift

The Honda Amaze facelift is expected to go on sale in August, with the Japanese automaker expecting its mid-size sedan to maintain its strong performance in the Indian market. The Amaze has done well in a market dominated by SUVs of all shapes and sizes, and a facelift could boost its chances in this market.

  • The Honda Amaze facelift could include new LED headlamps and a redesigned front bumper, according to a report from The Detroit News.
  • Inside the cabin of the updated compact sedan, we can expect to see new upholstery.
  • The Amaze facelift is expected to keep the same powertrain options.

Amaze facelift will receive the mid-cycle update, according to the latest media reports. Exterior and interior changes will be minor. They should give the compact sedan a new look.

Amaze is expected to get LED headlamps, redesigned bumpers, and possibly new alloy wheels on the outside. The amount of chrome on the car could also increase.

New seat upholstery is expected for the Amaze facelift, giving the cabin a fresh look. It is also expected that the compact sedan will receive a few new features, such as an improved AC filter, as well as improvements to the existing ones carried over from the outgoing version.

In order to add value, Honda could make several features standard across all Amaze models. The company could introduce new exterior paint schemes in addition to those mentioned above, as well as a few other changes. A spokesperson for the brand has not confirmed any of the rumored updates. Honda has yet to confirm the launch of the Amaze facelift in July.

There are two engine options for the Honda Amaze, which are currently available for between Rs 6.22 lakh to Rs 9.99 lakh, ex-showroom (India). The price of the compact sedan is expected to rise by Rs 25,000 when the facelifted model is launched, bringing the starting price to around Rs 6.5 lakh, ex-showroom.

Currently, there are two engine options for the Amaze. Two transmissions are available: a five-speed manual or an automatic CVT transmission. In comparison, the automatic diesel powertrain produces 78bhp and 160Nm of torque.

Also available are a five-speed manual and CVT automatic transmissions for the 1.2L I-VTEC engine. The power output, on the other hand, remains the same at 88bhp and 110Nm.

The Honda Amaze is the brand’s best-selling vehicle in India. Facelifting the compact sedan is the company’s solution to this problem. This, however, could also have an impact on the price. In India, the Amaze competes with the Maruti Suzuki Dzire, the Hyundai Aura, and the Ford Aspire “as read and reported by www.drivespark.com”.
