Jeep revealed the cost of the brand-new Grand Cherokee on November 11. The new Grand Cherokee, which will be Jeep’s premier SUV in India, will be positioned above the Meridian. After the Meridian, Compass, and Wrangler, this will be Jeep’s fourth model to be locally assembled.

Although there are two sizes of the new Grand Cherokee available outside of India, sources tell us that the model sold there will be the shorter, three-row Jeep Grand Cherokee L. The interior of the SUV will feature a sizable 10.1-inch touchscreen in the center, a digital instrument panel, and a second dedicated touchscreen in front of the co-driver. ADAS technology will be included in the new SUV, according to the manufacturer. The powered tailgate, ventilated front seats, leather interior, panoramic sunroof, and head-up display are other highlight features.

Vehicle: Jeep Grand Cherokee
The 2019 Grand Cherokee will only be available with a 2.0-liter turbo-petrol engine, unlike the previous generation’s Grand Cherokee, which had both gasoline and diesel engine options. The power outputs of this engine, which will come standard with an 8-speed automatic transmission, have not yet been disclosed by Jeep.
