Skoda has unveiled the facelifted 2022 Kodiaq SUV in India, with a starting price of Rs 34.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The Kodiaq facelift SUV is available in three trim levels: Style, SportLine, and Laurin & Klement (ex-showroom).
The SUV has returned to the Indian market after being removed over two years ago due to tighter pollution regulations. The Volkswagen Tiguan, Hyundai Tucson, and Citroen C5 Aircross will all be competitors for the 2022 Skoda Kodiaq.
The new 2022 Skoda Kodiaq, which was first introduced in worldwide markets last year, has received a number of improvements, including exterior and interior styling, as well as an engine upgrade to a BS 6 compliant 2.0-litre TSI petrol engine.

Skoda Kodiaq SUV facelift exterior features and highlights:
A hexagonal grille with chrome surrounds and ribs will be available on the 2018 Kodiaq. The style of the body-coloured bumper and front grille has also been tweaked slightly. The SUV will include crystalline LED headlights that will provide superior illumination for the driver. The turn indicators on the back of the car are beautiful, with the writing taking up a lot of areas. The 2017 Kodiaq has a dynamic flair thanks to a new dual-tone alloy wheel and functional silver roof rails.

The interior of the new SUV will be dual-tone, with black and beige accents. Its two-spoke steering wheel features a simple design that complements the dashboard’s and interior’s overall appearance. It will have an 8-inch touchscreen entertainment system that will come with inbuilt navigation and wifi connectivity.
With a 10.25-inch digital instrument panel, three-zone automated climate control, and a 12-speaker Canton sound system in the doors, the Kodiaq SUV is poised to attract a sizable number of SUV consumers. Other upgraded amenities include ventilated front seats with cooling and heating, ambient lighting, and an electrically operated panoramic sunroof.
Skoda Kodiaq SUV facelift space:
The front of the Skoda Kodiaq facelift SUV is equipped with an illuminated and cooled glovebox as standard. With all seven seats up, it has 270 litres of cargo capacity. With the third-row seats folded down, the boot space increases to 630 litres, and with the last two rows folded down, the boot space increases to 2005 litres.
Skoda Kodiaq SUV facelift engine:
Under the hood of the Kodiaq facelift SUV, one of the most significant improvements in the engine. Skoda has equipped the SUV with a 2.0-litre TSI petrol engine, which is also used in other Skoda models such as the Superb and Octavia sedans. The engine is connected to a DSG automatic transmission with seven speeds. It has a maximum output of 190 PS and a maximum torque of 320 Nm. Skoda boasts that the new Kodiaq can accelerate from zero to 100 kilometres per hour in 7.8 seconds.

Skoda Kodiaq SUV facelift drive dynamics:
The new 2022 Kodiaq SUV will include Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC) technology, according to the firm. It will modify the car’s shock absorbers to fit the damping characteristics. These adjustments might be made based on the driving modes that have been selected. Eco, Normal, Sports, Snow, and Individual will be the car’s five driving modes.
