In addition to keeping your car looking outside, you also need to keep it clean inside. Here’s how to take care of the interior of the leather & car.
Caring for the interior of your car is just as important as cleaning the exterior of your car. Most of us spend our Sunday mornings washing and inspecting the exterior of our vehicle, but we ultimately neglect the most important aspect of our vehicle-the interiors.

If you’re going to sit and smell the interior of your car, you may as well show it the lovin’ it deserves. Cleaning the outside can be as easy as a car wash trip and a full waxwork. But holding your car inside can be tricky, and it’s not that easy. Here are some tips to keep the interior of your car clean and neat.
Apply protective creams
Even if your car is heavily tinted, most of its parts can become dry, brittle, and cracking. This is because the first layer of vinyl and plastic coating will disintegrate due to old age and sun exposure.
To cover these parts, you can use protective creams that you can purchase from your local hardware stores or auto stores. This may incur an additional cost for you, but it’s better than replacing your entire dashboard or all the plastic parts just to restore the appearance of your car. Tip: Avoid the use of protective creams on the pedals and steering wheels as they can make these parts slippery.

A coin-operated vacuum is a good way to go. You’re going to find these at the car washes. But even with all these tools, when it comes to cleaning the floor mattresses, you’ll need to remove the mattresses from your car and shake them well to get rid of the excess dirt before you start vacuuming.
Remove the stains ASAP
Stains will be extracted as soon as possible. We are the archrival of any interior car and can be easily overcome if removed with care. Cleaning out depends on the type of material and the type of stain.
Leather seats and linens are easy to maintain; just use commercially available cleaners and you’re good to go. That’s why we always suggest leather seat covers if you normally do something bad (in any sense of the word) inside your vehicle. As for carpets and lined interiors and seat covers, you can follow these steps below.

Coffee stains are unavoidable. To be cleaned, dilute instantly with cold water and disinfect with paper towels, an old newspaper, or a clean rag. If some of it remains, spray it with a glass cleaner (we’re not kidding) and let it sit for 5 minutes; then dry it.
Fabric Upholstery
Vacuuming can do an excellent job of removing dirt from carpets, floor mats, and seats. Yet there are areas in your car that require special attention and extra TLC. You can leave some marks or spots after you get rid of the pollutant content. This also contributes to the discoloration of the fabric.
Using a carpet and upholstery cleaner to get rid of these stains. These cleaners use specially formulated chemicals that go deep into your seats and carpets without damaging them. Keep in mind that these are powerful chemicals, and you would like to avoid high levels of moisture because they encourage mold development. In the case of mattresses, you can find high-quality floor mattresses in stores that are already coated with Scotchgard. In the case of rubber floor mattresses, a good power wash will rid your car of that stubborn dirt and grime.

Leather Upholstery
If you’ve spent a lot of money buying leather seats for your car, you need to take good care of them. Keep them in their best form. Besides looking poor, it can also drastically reduce the resale value of your vehicle. A high-power vacuum is an ideal way to eliminate surface dust from every seat. This is the first move. But to take better care of your precious leather chairs, you need to use a special leather cleaner accompanied by a leather conditioner to add another protective layer.
Dashboard
You may not have noticed it when you look at the road when driving; your car’s dashboard gathers a lot of dirt and dust. So after the initial vacuum process, you need to use a microfiber dust cloth on the dashboard to remove the dirt that the vacuum cleaner may have missed, to give it a fresh, shiny look.

Using protection like Armor Everything, straight to the dashboard to prevent it from fading, cracking, and peeling. These protectors prevent UV rays from affecting the color of your interior. The steering wheel is also part of the dashboard, so you need to put some protector on it, too.
Trash bin
It’s not really a must, but placing a trash bin or it will also help you keep clean inside your car. Small trash cans, such as candy wrappers, empty food containers, or used tissues, can be put there, especially since drive-thrus is already something these days.
We could safely say that keeping clean inside your car is a reflection of one’s personality. A well-maintained car will not only keep its resale value high, but you will also earn respect from your family, friends, and someone special who’s going to ride with you.
