Lamborghini Countach
The Countach was the backbone of Lamborghini’s mythology along with the Miura. Designer Marcello Gandini managed once again to draw a fascinating, unorthodox car that left everyone voiceless.
The Countach is still in great demand – particularly the first series LP 400, especially due to its iconic visuals, such as the traditional shapes, the lack of large guards, and the spoiler’s back. Between 1974 and 1978, 151 units were manufactured from Countach LP 400.
PERFORMANCE
LP 400 was the first generation from Countach. The Length mounting (Longitudinale Posteriore and therefore ‘LP’) of its 4-liter V12 engine has been made of 375 CV. The LP 400 was not only an astounding sight but also gave the anticipated high-performance Lamborghini, a top speed of 309 km/h and a speed of 0 to 100 km/h within 5.4 seconds.

BMW 7 Series
The BMW 7-series car flagship is available with diesel engine and petrol engine. For the first time in India, the BMW 7 Series comes with a hybrid builder, the BMW 745Le, that combines the advantages of a petrol engine and an electric motor. Furthermore, the 730Ld (diesel) is available in three models, the Design Pure Excellence Signature, Design Pure Excellence, and the M Sport. The oil-purpose concept trim (740Li) and xDrive (M760Li) models are included. Apart from the 745Le xDrive and M760Li xDrive, the latest BMW 7 series is locally produced at Chennai’s BMW Group factory (CBU).
Engine
A new lithium-ion battery that produces 108 bhp and a maximum torque of 265Nm power the plug-in hybrid version of the BMW 745 Le xDrive. The BMW TwinPower Turbo 3.0-liter six-cylinder gasoline engine produces 286 bhp and 450Nm at 1380–5000rpm at its maximum torque. A total of 384 Bhp and a torque of up to 600 Nm is delivered by the petrol engine coupled with an electric power boost. The car claims to offer up to 39.5 kmpl of fuel efficiency.
The car has a maximum speed of 5.3 seconds from 0-100kmph and up to 250kmph. With the power of the battery on its own, the auto hits a peak speed of 140 kph with a 53 km drive range. The vehicle is charged from any traditional 220V power socket by means of a normal charging cable overnight. It can be loaded in 4 – 5 hours using the BMW wallbox loader. The BMW hybrid plug-in drive train charges the battery in motion with energy from different components.
The BMW 730Ld is powered by a 6-cylinder, 3.0-liter, 265 bhp diesel engine with max. 620Nm torque with 2,000 – 2,500 rpm. In just 6.2 seconds, the car accelerates from 0 to 100kph. The BMW 740Li is powered by a 3.0-liter six-cylinder gasoline engine with a capacity of 340 bhp at 1,500–5,200 tr/min and an overall torque of 450Nm. In just 5.6 seconds the car speeds up from 0 to 100kph.
The BMW M760Li xDrive’s massive six-liter twelve-cylinder M powered oil produces a 609bhp output and 850Nm maximum torque at 1,550 – 5,000rpm. In just 3.8 seconds, the car accelerates from 0-100kmph.
Audi S8
There are few flagship sedans for speed freaks with a love of comfort and luxury, as well as the 2021 Audi S8. The S8 would quickly blow you and three others at high speeds with the 2-turbo-charged V-8 quietly toiled under the hood. And Audi’s wide four-door will gnaw at a pavement that is readily visible when the situation twists.
On the basis of the mellow A8 luxury sedan, the S8 receives improved breaks, a powertrain with a punchier, but its external architecture is barely suspicious for “high-level,” which makes it a rolling bomber on the road. Indoors, the S8 provides space with as much luxury as possible for rivals as the BMW 7 range and the Mercedes-Benz S class – including the massage of front and front seats, new features in infotainments, quality fabric and excellent fit and finishing.

V8 Interceptors
The V8 Interceptors are still used for three years after the first movie events, because of Max’s nomadic nature, and they possibly also act as his main vehicle. Due to the harsh conditions of the wasteland, the once pristine interceptor now has wear and tear. The vehicle has been updated to make it more suitable to drive across the stony wastelands.
To allow cars to travel larger distances, two huge fuel tanks have been added. In order to accommodate them the boot door was removed. This caused the car to lose the back spoiler. Max has set up a new fuel gauge showing that the car now holds 200 liters of fuel.
- The front button has been removed so that the vehicle can drive off the road with less impediment.
- The passenger’s seat has been removed and the passenger’s dog has a custom seat mounted on the door.
- Max tampered the tanks with the booby trap concealed in the car to explode.
- Max was hidden in (or even out) the car by various guns.
At the very beginning of the film, the V8 Interceptor is seen when we and other Marauders go to Max. In order to save fuel, Max uses a sparing supercharger. He triggers the aircraft at the right time, rubbing it in front of it and even destroying the aerodynamic front covering of the Interceptor.
Jaguar
For over 60 years, the James Bond franchise has acted as a showcase for some of the world’s sexiest cars. And while we all know Agent 007 enjoys his Aston Martins, the villains in the long-running series have sported some standout supercars as well. Now a Bond baddy, an ultra-rare version of Jaguar C-X75, is one of the most popular vehicles in the auction.
But the stunt car is not only an example of Bond memorabilia; it is also a part of car history. The car was introduced to production as a prototype in 2010, but was never produced in 2011 – the UK car manufacturer only produced five examples. But two years later, Jaguar and Williams Advanced Engineering approached Spectre producers about producing four special stunt models for use in shooting, along with two “normal” versions. The first is this particular vehicle.
The C-X75 is powerfully impressive as well as being rare. Since the filming rigors on the winding streets of Rome had to survive, the car was equipped with a tube room framework made of extra-thick steel tubes and a suspension on the extra drive. The V8 engine is also rebuilt and can produce an impressive 492 hp.
Ford Mustang 390GT
Ford was produced from April 1964 to 1973 by the first-generation Ford Mustang. A new class known as the Pony Car was developed when the Mustang was introduced. The style of Mustang was wildly successful and inspired much competition with its long hood and short deck.
It was first released on April 17, 1964, and was later sold on August 1964 as a hardtop and convertible version with a fastback. As it was launched, the Mustang was divided into a compact car category and shares its platform with Falcon. The Ford Mustang debuted with a 170 cid six-cylinder and a pair V8. It was a single sports car. Preliminary allusions were made to the horse originally called the Fighter Aircraft, the P-51 Mustang, and the horse pattern soon became Mustang’s symbol.
Mini John Cooper
Mini is a classic British marque, producing compact, sporting-equipped city cars, convertible and city SUVs. As all Mini cars are owned by BMW, they depend heavily on BMW engineer’s technology. Mini cars also cherish a rich history and heritage in the second half of the 20th century which formed the British automotive landscape.
In India, the Mini John Cooper works were launched for Rs 43,5 lakh (ex-showroom)… In terms of fuel efficiency, the JCW provides 16.47 kmpl, while the Cooper S is claimed to provide 17,33 kmpl. The Mini 3-door hatch comes with a diesel engine.
When SirAlec Issigonis suggested to the British Motor Company a proposal for a little passenger car in the late 1950s, he launched a global automotive revolution. When you turn the engine from longitudinal to cross position, a small gearbox is installed next to it and attach to front rims, a whole lot of room in the back is released. This layout was a great platform for the tiny family car, which became the Mini later.
In the 1990s, the company was acquired by BMW and in 1998 began working on a new Mini version. Since it took over the business, it has launched many vehicles, including One, the cooper and crossovers such as Paceman and Countryman, under the Mini brand name.
Chevrolet Sonic
In 2011, Rod Dyrdek, the personality of the MTV reality show and a professional skateboarder played Chevrolet Sonic in a battle. Dyrdek was first performed and succeeded in turning the Sonic 360° into the middle atmosphere. This stunt was part of an ad campaign in Chevrolet and the car has been specially modified for the stunt. Although the video cannot give the film feel, the movie does remember the iconic “Man with the Golden Gun” Astro Spiral Jump from the bond film used by AMC Hornet.
TVR Sagaris
The TVR Sagaris is one of the few cars in the TVR’s Lancashire factory, designed and built in Britain.
Pros: Grant says the Sagaris can most tricks: “This is an absolute animal of a car. The system has a manual five-speed drive and a super 400 bhp and a rear-wheel drive, with a slippage differential and powerful brakes on both the front and the rear wheels. It wants to go sideways, so that my work is very easy, because I slide a lot.” All of these components make the TVR Sagaris suitable for slip, drifting and other stunts. Furthermore, the different air flights on its bodies allow the car to track on race routes for a long time, so I do not have to change anything to make the engine cool.”
Cons: While the car is perfect for stunting, Grant said that the electronic gymnastics that make it safe to slide are lacking: “No ABS prevents any skidding opportunities and no regulation of traction that is aimed at preventing traction failure.”
Mitsubishi Evo 9
The Evo 9, the latest high-performance road car in Mitsubishi, is popular among rally drivers .
For 2006, the generational odometer of Lancer Evolution rolls from the new Evo VIII to the Evo IX, which has been on sale since 2003. Consequently, it gets a new front and rear bumper, aero tweaks, natur-driven seat, and lighter alloy rollers, this rigid, noisy, all-wheeled rally drive-son. In addition, a 10-hp boost to 286 arrives, much of it from a variable valve timing system new to Evo.
Timing is all as we discovered on the Mitsubishi Okazaki route, with our own testing equipment attached to the six-speed Evo IX MR. It is a postmark of grass and asphalt bands wrapped in the dense suburbs near Nagoya, Japan that has been the home of Evo since its Evo II development in 1992. The fleetest sprinting we’ve got from any stock of Evo, the Evo IX MR, saw 60 mph in 4.6 seconds, and the fourth mile at 13.4 seconds in 104 mph.
Volkswagen Beetle
The Volkswagen Beetle has been manufactured since 1938, but it is the modern incarnation that receives the Grant up of approval.
Grant said the curvy shape and braking of the Beetle make this a good car for turning and driving ramps. It is the most suitable vehicle for two-wheel drive. With the front-wheel-drive and braking system, I can run J-twist quickly. I don’t have to change braking in this car, because it can’t achieve high speeds. Helps also with the light direction.”While Grant is a big fan of Beetle, he doesn’t realize this is the fastest car.
Koenigsegg CCGT
The CCGT was a secondary project which was created when time from the engineering and construction of production vehicles was available. That’s why the first prototype took several years to complete. It was based on a CCR from Koenigsegg, but with some CCX elements such as front lamps and other small objects.
The CCGT has very short overhangs which can be regarded as a challenge in terms of generating adequate downforce. But Koenigsegg claims they have developed an exceptional package with surprising downforce combined with a rather compact package and an optimum weight distribution by further developing a clever and slippery idea for the cc range.
Ariel Atom
Ariel Atom is a Crewkerne-based Ariel Motor Company, Somerset, England, licensed in North America, manufactured as a high-performance road-car from TMI Autotech, Inc. at Virginia International Raceway, Alton, Virginia.
Although larger, even a tubular steel frame creates more space inside it. A motor at the back of Civic’s manual 6-speed gearbox (as Honda is before the entire powertrain, from the gearbox to catalyst). Ariel must run its own ECU and decides the final power figures at the moment. The test car had three switchable maps that differed in power from 120bhp, 290bhp and 320bhp (which are probably optional extra). Weight has marginally risen to 595 kg but still produces a maximum power to weight ratio of 538bhp/tonne, pushed by a 310lb-ft torque of 3,000 to 1000 rpm. Predictably vivid is the acceleration: 0-60mph in 2.8seconds and 0-100mph in 6.8seconds.
