The latest update from Upcoming Mercedes-Benz includes the unveiling of the Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 SUV, marking Maybach’s entry into the electric vehicle (EV) segment. This ultra-luxury EV is built upon the foundation of the EQS SUV and incorporates bespoke features that are synonymous with the Maybach brand.

Under the hood, the Mercedes-Maybach EQS 680 is equipped with a dual-motor, all-wheel-drive electric drivetrain, delivering a formidable power output of 658PS and a torque of 950Nm. This setup ensures impressive performance and a smooth driving experience. Powering the luxury SUV is a substantial 108.4kWh battery pack, which offers a generous range of up to 600km on a single charge, providing ample driving flexibility and convenience.

The latest GLC has been officially presented by Mercedes. The most recent version of the GLC adds a variety of hybrid powertrains, more features, and an updated design. Both mild hybrid and plug-in hybrid powertrains were used to electrify the SUV’s petrol and diesel engine options.

A 48V mild-hybrid system with both petrol and diesel engines has been added to the GLC’s drivetrain. The 2.0-liter petrol engine is available in two tuned states: 204 PS and 258 PS, while the latter is a 2-liter diesel engine with 197 PS. The premium SUV is also available with plug-in hybrid choices, including one 331PS diesel engine and two engines capable of producing up to 381PS each.

The premium SUV has a 12.3-inch digital driver’s display and an 11.9-inch infotainment system that runs on the second-generation MBUX UI.
