Volvo Car India now offers 24×7 Customer Service Support.

Volvo Car India has announced the launch of a 24×7 Customer Service Support, which will be available to customers. A toll-free number, 18001029100, is available for customers to contact the Consumer Relations Center. Providing Customer Service, Queries Handling and Roadside Assistance to all Volvo customers is the responsibility of the Customer Relations Center (CRC). This center is also unique in that it makes India the only country in the Volvo Asia Pacific ecosystem to provide round-the-clock customer service.

As a customer-centric company, we take great pride in this latest effort to improve customer satisfaction. As a result of the Consumer Relation Centre, customers are more confident in the brand because they know they can reach the company at any time, day or night, 365 days a year. Mr. Jyoti Malhotra, Managing Director of Volvo Car India, said, “We are committed to growing the Indian market and will continue to invest in initiatives that focus on customers.”

We’ve set up a Customer Relationship Centre (CRC) to handle customer inquiries and provide customer service and roadside assistance, among other things To make the above requests, Volvo car owners can call 18001029100, a centralized helpline number. To manage Roadside Assistance, Customer Care, and other requests, there will be dedicated teams in place.

Additionally, Volvo has introduced several other customer-centric initiatives over the past year, including the Volvo Contactless Program, which ensures customer safety and encourages online Volvo car purchases.. Volvo Car India is also planning to launch its first fully electric SUV, the XC40 Recharge, in India within the next few months, adding to its current portfolio. As of right now, Volvo’s Indian lineup includes the XC90, XC60, XC40, and S90 and S60, but the brand hopes to expand its offerings in the near future.
