Honda Amaze facelift exterior looks
Most of the enhancements of the Amaze facelift are focused on its faces. The Amaze has a revised, thinner front grille and two horizontal chrome strips in the lower part of its wall. New chromium garnishes have also been updated for the fog lamp case on the buffer.
The most significant outward change is reserved for the top-spec VX model, which now has automated LED projector headlights with integrated LED Daytime Running Lamps and LED front fog lamps. It also receives new door handles for chrome and 15-inch diamond-cut, double-tone alloy. The Amaze makeover includes new c-formed LED backlights, chrome lacquer, and bumpers.
Facelift for the Honda Amaze: interior and feature improvements
The inside is largely unchanged from the pre-facelift model. However, Honda has added new silver highlights to the dashboard and steering wheel and this is a good contrast with the interior of the black and beige. Also, a notable improvement is the new leather surround on manual variants for the gear lever.
The Amaze makeover also includes new front map lamps, a new chrome finish for the AC vent knobs, a dust and pollen filter, and a new interior lining on the trunk lid. The top-tier VX version also features distinctive new beige seat materials with stitching, as well as a 7.0-inch touchscreen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

Honda Amaze facelift: engine and transmission options
The technical aspects of the Amaze makeover remain unchanged. That means it retains the 90hp, 110Nm 1.2-liter i-VTEC petrol engine, which is coupled to either a 5-speed manual or a CVT automatic transmission. Meanwhile, the 1.5-liter diesel engine delivers 100hp and 200Nm of torque when combined with a 5-speed manual gearbox, and 80hp and 160Nm of torque when partnered with a CVT automatic transmission.
Facelift Honda Amaze: trims and versions
The Amaze now comes in three trims – E, S, and VX, as noted above. All three trimmings are available manual versions of both the petrol and the diesel engines. In the meantime, S and VX versions of petrol-CVT are available. On the VX trim, the diesel-CVT variations – which in this class are unique to Amaze – are available. The base diesel CVT S model previously offered has been discontinued.
