The Kia Sonet is the latest talk in the Indian car industry, with its third model Sonet SUV for the Indian market recently being launched. The Kia Sonet SUV is a compact sub-4 meter SUV that competes in the industry with cars such as Maruti Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, Mahindra XUV300, and Ford EcoSport. The concept which was introduced earlier this year at the exhibition is based on this idea. The design seen early is not too special and the car is now one of the best looks in the segment. At present, we have a picture that shows the presence of the Kia Sonet electric SUV in an electric avatar if it is planned by the manufacturers.

The car takes the concept details from the Niro EV, which was unveiled at the 2020 Auto Expo, for its electric version. The majority of the elements are unchanged, except for a few modifications to suit the graphics of an electric Kia vehicle. Rendering photos on Indian Auto were posted and the Sonet EV looks very fine. It has a design language we saw in other EVs from the company. The Tiger’s front nose grille is retained, but now it is subtly changed to look like an EV. The grill is all closed and has blue accents which symbolize an electro car. The front of the radiator grille is updated with a new charging unit.

The buffer is the same as the grill on the bottom of the buffer. The fake skid plate on the lower section also has a blue accent that suits the EV theme. The car is fitted with chrome door handles in both white and black double tones. The wheels on the renderer were replaced by the systems we currently see in electric vehicles. Like the front, an electric blue brace is attached to the lower side of the door and the rear bumper should be handled in a similar fashion.

In addition, the LED DRLs, the LED headlights, tail lamps, and everything else is still a heartbeat. Kia announces no plans to launch one, however, when the cars like the Tata Nexon EV and the forthcoming Mahindra XUV300 EV are to be launched by the manufacturer on our market, they will be competing if they plan to launch one in the future. Kia will launch the whole new Sonet next month and will have a range of transmission possibilities available with a turbo gas, petrol, and diesel engine.
